Formula Exterior provides exterior cleaning services, including soft wash house washing, pressure washing of concrete and hardscapes, roof cleaning, exterior window cleaning, deck and fence washing, and commercial exterior cleaning, within our service area of Richmond, VA. Service availability may vary by location and season.

• Quotes are prepared based on the information you provide (property details, photos, addresses) and, where possible, publicly available imagery of the property.
• Your quote is a firm price for the described scope of work. If the actual conditions on site differ materially from what was described — for example, additional square footage, extreme buildup, or surfaces not included in the original request — we will tell you before doing any additional work and agree on any price adjustment with you first. We do not add surprise charges.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• You agree to provide access to the areas being serviced on the scheduled date, including unlocking gates and securing pets indoors.
• Standard residential services use your exterior water supply; you agree to make working exterior spigots available. If your property lacks usable water access, tell us in advance so we can plan accordingly.
• Please close all windows and doors, remove vehicles from driveways being cleaned, and move fragile items (potted plants, decorations, furniture) away from work areas before we arrive. We will handle reasonable items we can safely move, but we are not responsible for items we were not told about.

Light rain does not usually affect our work. If weather conditions would make the job unsafe or compromise results, we will contact you to reschedule at no charge. We appreciate the same courtesy: if you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

You may cancel or reschedule a booking at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice by phone, text, or email. For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if we arrive and cannot perform the work due to no access, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable trip fee, which we will communicate to you.

We walk every completed job with you (or provide photo documentation if you are not home). If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, notify us within 7 days of service completion and we will return and re-clean that area at no charge. This guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning work; it does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent staining that cleaning cannot remove (which we will identify for you where possible), or new soiling occurring after service.

• We are licensed and insured, and we use industry-standard methods appropriate to each surface (including low-pressure soft washing for siding and roofs).
• We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to: failing paint, oxidized siding, brittle or aged surfaces, improperly installed or sealed windows, doors, or siding, torn screens, or structural defects. Where we identify such conditions before or during work, we will point them out.
• Some stains (rust, artillery fungus, deep oil penetration, efflorescence) may not be fully removable; we will set expectations honestly during quoting.
• You are responsible for disclosing known issues (leaky windows or seals, unsecured fixtures, non-functioning spigots) before service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing (commercial accounts may have invoiced terms). We accept the payment methods communicated at booking. Unpaid balances more than 30 days past due may accrue reasonable late charges as permitted by law.

By opting in to text messages from Formula Exterior Co LLC — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our quote request form or by texting us first — you agree to receive text messages related to our services at the mobile number you provided. These may include quote delivery, appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, service updates, follow-ups, and customer care messages. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, we may also send occasional offers.

• When you opt in, you may receive a one-time message confirming your enrollment.
• Message frequency varies based on your quotes and appointments.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out, after which we will send no further messages unless you re-subscribe.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use all of our services without agreeing to receive text messages.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Except for the express guarantee above, our services and website are provided “as is” without other warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
